Whether your children are 7, 10 or 14, they’re sure to enjoy a unique experience, one that’s both fun and educational, at the Montréal Space for Life day camps.
Our day camps give young nature lovers a chance to take part in all sorts of activities on natural science and environmental themes, from botany to entomology, ornithology, geology, astronomy, biology and ecology. Field trips, physical activities and games make for an enjoyable and instructive time.
In a safe and participatory environment, they'll discover the mysteries and treasures of nature through a wide variety of activities. Our teams of educators, all of them with first-aid certification, supervise campers at all times. Space for Life day camps meet the standards of the Association des camps du Québec.
In 2019, the Biodôme is closed for a facelift.
The day camp will still run, though, at the Planétarium Rio Tinto Alcan.
Please note that all camp activities are run in French.
Help a child attend day camps
Make a donation to the Space for Life Foundation’s Jérôme-Brisson-Curadeau Bursary
The Jérôme-Brisson-Curadeau Bursary helps children from disadvantaged neighborhoods discover the biodiversity that surrounds them by paying for their attendance at Space for Life day camps or for educational activities with Space for Life science guides in parks located close to their schools.
Every year the passion of Jérôme, a young nature lover who died tragically at the age of nine, comes to life when hundreds of youngsters receive the gift of nature thanks to the Jérôme-Brisson-Curadeau Bursary.
Did you know that children identify the logos of a number of companies more easily than the trees or birds they see every day? Help change that reality! 100% of your donation will allow youngsters to get closer to nature.
