An aquarist in the polar world, Catherine Garneau is passionate about the animal kingdom. She started at the Biodôme in 2009 as an attendant in the Terrestrial Collections after training in bioecology at Cégep Saint-Laurent. Since 2010, she’s been expanding her knowledge on the alcids of Labrador and the penguins of the sub-Antarctic islands. She’s much involved with the conservation and reproduction of the Biodôme’s penguins.
