A biologist by training, Evelyne has a passion for nature, the sea, education and travel. She’s worked at Space for Life since 1992, now at the Biosphère, as a guide and designer for educational programs.

In 2012 she boarded the Sedna IV, biologist-filmmaker Jean Lemire’s sailing ship, for the 1000 Days for the Planet mission. Her role: communicating the beauty and fragility of nature to Québec schools and Space for Life visitors.

She’s the author of two young-reader documentaries, As Long as There Are Whales and The World of Penguins, originally published by Éditions les 400 coups in 2000 and 2006.

 

Evelyne Daigle is a scientific educator-designer at the Biosphère de Montréal.
