Fascinated since childhood by astronomy, Louie Bernstein has devoted his professional life to communicating the wonders of the universe. The holder of a university degree in physics, he worked at the Montréal Planetarium from 1989, where he started as a lecturer before moving on to animating. Over these last 15 years he’s written numerous articles, one book and a series of clips on astronomy for television. He’s also collaborated on the creation of the Mont-Mégantic Astrolab, the Cosmodôme in Laval, and Mundus – an urban astronomy project in downtown Montréal.
