Natacha Veilleux

Natacha Veilleux was a cultural officer in the Jardin botanique de Montréal’s Chinese Garden between May 2011 and May 2012. She completed a bachelor’s degree in international studies at the Université de Montréal as well as training in writing for television at L’inis. Between 1997 and 2010 she worked at different institutions (Pointe-à-Callière Museum, Musée de la civilisation, Musée de l’Amérique française) as an animator-guide, scriptwriter, director and educational-content manager. She also spent close to ten years as a freelance journalist for newspapers and popular-science magazines before taking the plunge into the movies (four short films to her credit, documentary and fiction).
