Space in the fake news era

Give your students responsibility for producing a scientific journal specializing in astronomy. Organized into teams, they decide what news items to publish in order to keep their audience interested, while making sure to check their sources. The purpose of this activity is to introduce students in secondary cycle 2 to media literacy by putting them in a real learning situation.
