Origin and description

Garden burnet is native to Eurasia but has spread throughout much of North America.
Its leaves have a cucumber flavour. The plant requires little attention, grows well in dry sites and can be harvested right up until it is buried under the snow.
Cycle: Perennial.
Spacing: 30 cm.
Height: 30 cm.
