- Space for Life
This year, 60 youngsters aged 7 to 12 will get to attend Montréal Space for Life's day camps free of charge thanks to the Foundation’s Jérôme-Brisson-Curadeau Bursary. Never before has Montréal Space for Life ever welcomed so many scholarship holders all at once!
A tribute to the young son of two Montréal Space for Life employees, who passed away tragically at the age of 9, this bursary allows children from low-income families to discover the wonders of Montréal Space for Life by participating in educational activities such as day camps.
Children learn while having fun and develop positive attitudes towards the environment in a natural way.
The Montréal Space for Life Foundation raised the funds that make these scholarships possible through donations from the community (directly or through the Montréal Space for Life ticket office), from Montréal Space for Life employees (through the City of Montreal employee charity fund) and through the support of the J. Armand Bombardier Foundation. Thank you all for your generosity!
