Habitat for diveristy

I would like my garden contribute to diversity in urban and suburban spaces. I have never used pesticides on the garden.
I leave it mostly un mowed, the space that is cut is left longer for most of the summer.

There is an abundance of life in the garden, animals and insects (a variety of bees, monarchs and other varieties of butterflies and moths, there are also fireflies, crickets and grasshoppers.

It is teeming with life, a mowed lawn is not useful for much.
