Advancing wildlife veterinary science
Benjamin Balducchi has long been passionate about wild and exotic animals. He developed his expertise in caring for these animals through extensive travel during his career.
After undertaking his veterinary studies in England, he gained experience caring for numerous species through stays in Australia, France, the United States, and Quebec.
With a clinical research mandate at the Biodôme, he aims to advance veterinary science specifically related to wild animals. He also participates in several of the Biodôme’s conservation programs.
Curious and highly creative, Benjamin Balducchi enjoys developing new solutions through research to advance veterinary medicine. He also values collaboration with other researchers, including internationally, to contribute to biodiversity conservation.
