Plan a school trip

Suggested times for visits

  • Biodôme - 1 to 1.5 hours (add 1.5 hours for an indoor activity)
  • Biosphère - minimum 2 hours
  • Jardin botanique - Greenhouses: 30 minutes to 1 hour. Outdoor gardens: 1 to 4 hours
  • Planétarium - 1 to 1.5 hours (depending on show times)
  • Insectarium - 1 to 2 hour

For packages, allow at least 2 to 5 hours.

If you have planned a school group activity (free) as well, allow a further 1 to 1.5 hours. 

The Planétarium operates on the same principle as a theatre and visitors will not be admitted once the doors have closed. Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before show time.

Group reservations

To optimize your visit and spread out groups throughout the day, recommendations are strongly recommended. Reservations are required for groups who want to take a guided tour, participate in a school activity, attend a show or reserve a space in one of our dining areas.
