Origin and description

Large shrub native to Québec. A magnificent species in any season! White flowering in springtime of short duration but spectacular, before leafing. Purple fruit in the summer that birds love. Orange-yellow foliage in the fall. Beautiful greyish bark.

Fruiting: light red turning purple, around late June, edible
