The Voyager Spacecraft Adventure
In 2027, the Planétarium will mark the 50th anniversary of the launch of the Voyager spacecraft and their famous Golden Record, which carries a message into the vastness of space. This call for applications is part of the anniversary celebrations.
We believe this bold adventure and the existential questions it raises could inspire a powerful work of art. It is a story of space exploration, but above all, of the human need to leave a trace and connect with the unknown.
A Creative Residency in 2027
This call is open to visual artists and artist collectives. The residency supports the development of a creative project over a six-month period beginning in January 2027.
The resulting work will be presented at the Planétarium beginning August 20, 2027.
