Parkdale's Garden & Oasis

Parkdale's school-community garden and arboretum is maintained with special care to promote biodiversity and invite the Monarch butterfly and other beneficial insects to the garden oasis. These visitors in turn help produce close to 200 kg of vegetables, some of which popped up, quite unexpectedly, as volunteers from the organic compost we use.
